The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, providing invaluable assistance throughout your stay. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, with breathtaking mountain views from the balcony. The outdoor pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the Asian breakfast is a delightful way to start your day. The bar and restaurant serve delicious meals, including a must-try fish dish. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, from helping us rent a bike for the Ha Giang Loop to providing insider tips on local attractions. We initially planned to stay for just one night but ended up extending our stay because of the comfortable rooms and impeccable service. The secluded location amidst rice paddy fields allowed us to unwind and recharge before continuing our backpacking journey. The hotel offers convenient amenities such as room service, laundry service, and a 24-hour front desk, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The free WiFi and shuttle services make exploring the area a breeze, while the on-site bar and garden provide the perfect setting for relaxation.
